Professional Experience

Navi joined Judge Business School in January 2009 as the Executive Director of the Centre for India & Global Business. Previously, Navi spent ten years in the US, working primarily as a vice president at Forrester Research, where he led the firm's research on how globalised innovation - with the rise of emerging markets like India as both a source and market for tech innovations - is driving new collaborative market structures and organisational models designated as "Global Innovation Networks". He advised senior corporate and government execs worldwide on new organisational designs and public policies their firm or region must adopt to sustain global competitiveness through technology-enabled business and societal innovation.

An expert on Indian innovation, Navi maintains a blog titled Made in India on Harvard Business Online. In 2008, Navi synthesised his extensive multi-year field research on Indian innovation models in a 10-part report series titled "India: The Innovation Giant (Re) Awakens." more »
